About iTrackSports Motocross
iTrackSports Motocross has been created to streamline the Registration and Check-In process. This site enables the rider to register for an event through Online Registration and will provide "Quick Pass" check-in at the racing facilities. It uses today's technology to automate the registration and check-in process, making check-in easier for both the rider and the track. The "Quick Pass" check-in technology revolutionizes the way pre-race registration and onsite event check-in is handled at motocross events. It allows pre-registration without the fear of financial committment by giving the option of paying online or at the track. iTrackSports Motocross enabled facilities wiil have the ability to use the "Quick Pass" registration system.

What do we mean by Flexible? iTrackSports Motocross can easily be implemented into the track's current race management and events. iTrackSports Motocross will compliment your current event management software while at the same time provide a way to manage your participants by using the "Quick Pass" check-in technology. This technology is possible with the simple scan of a barcode at check-in. Want to track the number of rider's that have or have not checked in? The technology is there.

- McAfee Secure website for certified security protection.
- Only have to type in your personal information one time. Participants can create a profile which will be used for the "Quick Pass" check-in process.
- Pre-Register for events nationwide online.
- Register for mulitple different events and/or classes with one check out.
- Invoice generator with barcode capabilities for "Quick Pass" check-in's.
- No credit card needed to check out and complete your pre-registration online. The generated invoice will secure your entry until you check-in and pay at the track.
- Filter, sort, resize columns, or re-arrange columns all in your web browser on the fly.
- CROP your photos at the time of upload! Yes, you can upload a profile picture and CROP it online and it will save it to the CORRECT resolution so a "Quick Pass" card will look great without the need for photo editing software. You get a process and mechanism like the pros use to CROP their pictures.
- Real-time information for the Track owner and / or promoter.
- All available with the click of a button...
- * Number of Riders for the Event.
- * Number of Riders per Class.
- * The number of riders that have pre-registered but have not checked-in by class... OH YEAH, you can see the list of them too along with their phone number.
- * Number and list of all online pre-registration entries.
- * Track all of these things from the time of the pre-registration opens all the way to the end of the check-in process.
- Track riders vs. entries per class and/or event from the time registration opens all up to the end of the check-in process.
- Want to know if an individual has registered online but did not check-in? iTrackSports Motocross can do that!
- Manage paid invoices vs. non-paid invoices against monies received cash, check, or credit during check-in. This process does not hinder or slow the "Quick Pass" check-in down.
- On race day, within seconds have all registered entries automagically entered into event and ready for the Race Order. Please contact us to verify compatibility with your existing Track Management Software. We will work hard to certify the compatibility between the two.
- Fully integrated Membership and ID card printing capabilities. These are not required but if they are implemented the cards will fully integrate with the "Quick Pass" check-in.
- Age specific registrations. iTrackSports Motocross will not allow a registration to a class that is not appropriate to age.
- A simplified process to track waivers with the ability to have yearly waivers specific to your track. This must be approved with you insurance company and we will work with them to accomplish that.
